All orders will be delivered Tuesday and Friday afternoons by 8pm.

Pick-up: Tuesdays: 9am-5pm, Friday: 9am-4pm. Weds-Thursday 9am-1pm.
Yes. All recurring orders need to be placed by Sunday at 12pm for the following week. Effortlessly Healthy will send an automatic email reminder a day in advance.
Yes. All orders can be changed up until Sunday at 12pm for the following week. Simply log into your online account, go to Delivery Schedule and click Select Meals.
If you have not placed and order on time and you have not skipped the week then your credit card on file will be charged and an order will be placed for you based on your current meal plan selection and any preferences you have selected on your account.
You can pause your service at any time. Simply log into your online account, go to Delivery Schedule and click Skip Week for any week available. Just remember all account changes need to be completed by Sunday at 12pm to be effective for the following week.
Our menus change weekly. Simply log into your online account and go to Delivery Schedule and Select Meals next to the Week of to see the menu options for the current week.
Yes. Simply log into your online account and going to Delivery Schedule. New menus will become available on your account when the menus are available.
Menus change weekly, but popular items may be available more frequently. Feel free to send us an email and we will do our best to get your favorite meals back in rotation!
This is a service customized to you by you. You can select as many or as few of any meal as you would like. The top of your order form will count how many meals you have selected and let you know how many more you have to select.
There are no restrictions to the number of meals you can order from either of the week’s menus. You can order all from Tuesdays menu, all from Fridays menu or a combination of both. Just remember if you chose to order from one menu then you will only receive that one delivery for that week.
Yes. All plans can be changed up until Wednesday at 11pm for the following week. Simply log into your online account, go to Meal Plan Settings and adjust accordingly.

No, due to NYS Health Code we are unable to accept any item that has left the establishment, they are recyclable so please dispose of properly :)
