Recurring Automatic Shipment Billing. By starting Effortlessly Healthy automatic deliveries,
you authorize us to charge you a weekly fee (at the then current rate) and any other fees you may incur in
connection with your use of the Effortlessly Healthy service to your Payment Method. You acknowledge that the
amount billed each month may vary for reasons that include but are not limited to, differing amounts due to
promotional offers and/or changing or adding additional meals to automatic shipments.
Weekly Order Processing. When you sign up for automatic shipments “Weekly Delivery”, you may
skip a week or cancel your membership at any time (see Cancellation below). Your payment method will be
automatically billed each week until you cancel. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account
and you agree to be personally liable for all charges incurred. Your liability for such charges shall continue
after termination of the Agreement. Skipping Weekly Deliveries and/or order cancellation requests require
advanced notice to Effortlessly Healthy through your online account and must occur before the deadlines set
forth below. If you miss these deadlines you will be responsible for paying the applicable amount and the
cancellation will take effect the following week.
Price Changes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof
in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion except as otherwise
expressly provided for in the Agreement. Any price changes to your service will take effect following email
Billing Cycle. The automatic shipment fees for our service will be billed at the beginning of
your first week and each week thereafter unless you cancel or pause your service. We automatically bill your
Payment Method every 7 days. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, in particular, as
indicated below, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled. Log in to our website and click the
"Schedule" link under "My Account" to see the next
delivery date. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges. As
against your Payment Method. Unless otherwise stated differently, month or monthly refers to your billing cycle.
Payment Methods. You may edit your Payment Method information by visiting your Effortlessly
Healthy account. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise and
you do not edit your Payment Method information or cancel your account (see, "Cancellation" below), you remain
responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be
updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates.
Cancellation. You may cancel your Effortlessly Healthy automatic shipment enrollment at any
time. To cancel please log in to your account at www.ehmeals.com, and click Cancel Your Plan on the Meal Plan
page by the Wednesday of the week before your next delivery.
